You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved and payment was already made, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

Orders that have already been shipped
